SETK3 – Property Consultant

This logo was destined for the SETK3 company, which is involved in property management. I wanted to create a modern minimal logo, with a bold statement, differentiating the company from others of its kind. 

SETK3 originated from its founders, a family of three, which used the first letter of their names and their lastname for the company’s name.

The concept of this logo, was to focus on the K, making it unique, by creating a custom K which is made from 3 different untouched lines which symbolise the 3 owners of the company.
